The official site hasn’t been updated for ages, so I’ll put the latest here. You may want to try the basic package which offers 26 TV channels (including all Philippine free Tv channels plus CNN, Fox, BBC and Bloomberg) and 10 audio channels. The monthly fee is set at P175. I’m not sure how much the dish and receiver cost. The last time I checked, its at least P7,600 if you plan to get a subcription plan of your choice, or P3,990 if you subscribe for Dream750 for 12 months.
